Stress is here to stay, and that’s no bad thing. During this session, Kathy will talk us through what stress is, the science behind it, and how stress impacts our physical and mental health.
Rewiring our stress response
Busting the myths around mindfulness, Kristen will discuss the science and impact of mindfulness, mindfulness vs. mindlessness, and shared some informal and formal practices for everyday impact.
Working with emotions in times of stress
Emotional Literacy + Emotional Connection = Emotional Freedom. During this session, Catherine will explore the different emotional archetypes, how to work with emotions most effectively, especially in times of stress, and take us on a journey towards emotional freedom.
The power of the breath
Breathwork has a profound impact on the body and mind. During her session, Jennifer will explain how breath helps regulate the nervous system, fosters resilience and facilitates a more grounded and empowered approach in the quest for better managing stress.
Calming the body and mind through sound
Music and sound can help us de-stress. During Elizabeth’s session, she will to us about the impact of sound on our emotions, thoughts, and physiology. We will also get the opportunity to experience the power of 432Hz – mother nature’s healing sound frequency.
Nourishment for stress management
Anna will talk us through the impact stress can have on gut health and the importance of nutrition to support you. Anna will provide tips and tools to reduce the overwhelm when it comes to food choices, alongside helping to manage stress in the moment and long-term strategies too.
