Seijaku has been conceived, curated, and built by Catherine Keddie and Paul Hutchings, who each have 20-years of first-hand experience of working in the fast-paced and high-demand communications industry.
Both had flourishing, varied, and rewarding careers, as is the joy and privilege of working in communications.
But after years of juggling competing demands, managing team dynamics and business ambitions, they were both tired and needed some time and space away from the industry they loved so much.
During this time, Catherine and Paul separately got crystal clear on their purpose and have now joined forces with a combined mission to help workplaces thrive by developing a healthier and more empowering relationship with stress.
